Because we're independent, we're not limited to one insurance company. We compare plans across multiple carriers and give you an honest look at your options, so you can make the decision that's right for you.
Our Approach
We explain your options in plain language before we ever talk numbers.
We work with multiple carriers, so the recommendation is about your needs, not our quota.
We're here after enrollment too — for renewals, questions, and changes in your coverage needs.
Healthcare Coverage Crisis in the United States
Businesses across the United States face various challenges in the healthcare industry as they endeavor to provide their employees and families with top-notch, cost-effective coverage.
Since 2000, premiums for health insurance have risen by 114% for a typical family of four. Constantly changing regulations and taxes make it harder for employers to plan ahead, and poor employee health leads to lower productivity, more absences, and higher costs. Many executives resort to short-term cost-cutting — reducing benefits, raising deductibles, cutting budgets. Companies that introduce wellness programs, by contrast, save an average of $700 annually per employee.

The CHAMP Plan remedies two of the most important concerns for employees: Take-Home Pay and Benefits.
$30–$300 a Month Increase in Take-Home Pay
$573.60 in Tax Savings Annually per Enrolled Employee
Why CHAMP?
Participating in a 125 Cafeteria plan reduces an employee's taxable salary, increasing their income with additional benefits.
Every dollar put through the Section 125 plan reduces an employer's payroll by reducing their tax liability — effectively eliminating the matching FICA taxes of 7.65%.
Employer savings start in the second month.

What Is The ACA Marketplace?
The ACA Marketplace — also called the Health Insurance Marketplace — is where individuals and families who don't get coverage through an employer can shop for and enroll in health insurance plans. Every plan on the Marketplace covers the same set of essential benefits, including doctor visits, hospital care, prescription drugs, and preventive care, so you're comparing real apples to apples — not guessing what's actually covered.
Plans are grouped into metal tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — which tell you how the costs are split between your monthly premium and what you pay out of pocket when you actually use care. Bronze plans have the lowest premiums but the highest costs when you need care; Platinum plans work the opposite way. There's no single "best" tier — the right one depends on how often you expect to use care and what you can comfortably budget month to month.
Lowering Your Cost
Here's the part most people don't realize: if your household income falls under 400% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), you may qualify for a federal subsidy — officially called the premium tax credit — that goes directly toward your monthly premium. For a lot of families, that drastically reduces the actual price of a Marketplace plan compared to the "sticker price" you'd see on your own.
The subsidy amount depends on your household size and income, and it's applied automatically when you enroll through the Marketplace — you don't have to do anything extra to claim it. Even households above 400% FPL can sometimes qualify, depending on the year's rules, so it's worth checking your specific numbers rather than assuming you don't qualify.
We can walk through your household size and income with you, check what subsidy you may qualify for, and show you what your actual monthly cost would look like across a few different plans — all in plain language, no obligation.

Pay off your mortgage faster, save thousands in interest, and build a tax-advantaged retirement income.
Get StartedAre you tired of the traditional 15 to 30-year mortgage cycle that keeps you paying interest for decades? Imagine paying off your mortgage in 5 to 7 years, saving hundreds of thousands of dollars in interest, and creating a solid foundation for a tax-advantaged retirement income.
How The Strategy Works
Most homeowners take out a 15 to 30-year mortgage, deposit their income into a checking account, and pay monthly expenses directly from it — leaving them stuck in a cycle of long-term debt and high-interest payments. There's a smarter way.
Case study — Chris and Annette: a couple with a combined monthly income of $10,000 and monthly expenses of $5,000. Their home is worth $330,000, and they owe $260,000 on their mortgage.
They restructure their existing mortgage into a mortgage-free loan setup, replacing the traditional fixed structure.
Each month their $10,000 income flows through their checking account into the loan, instantly reducing debt — from $260,000 to $250,000 in month one.
Within the first year, they reduce their mortgage balance by $60,000 — down to $200,000, moving them toward mortgage-free in 5 to 7 years.
Introducing the IUL Policy
The next piece of the Mortgage-Free Life Strategy involves an Indexed Universal Life (IUL) policy — not just insurance, but a versatile financial vehicle that builds wealth while protecting against life's uncertainties.
