Eligibility for ERC Tax Credit

2020

  • If your business was fully or partially suspended.
  • If your business was forced to restrict business hours.
  • If your business experienced a reduction of 50% or more revenue compared to the same quarter in 2019.
  • Gross receipts must be less than 50% compared to the same quarter in 2019.

2021

  • A reduction of at least 20% in quarterly gross receipts is required instead of 50%.
  • If your business experiences a reduction of 20% or more revenue compared to the same quarter in 2019, you are eligible for the ERC tax credit
